Deadstock Vintage Beavis and Butt-head “Touch Tone” T-Shirt AS IS
Nearly 10 years ago now, I bought about 30 of these deadstock Beavis and Butt-head T-shirts along with a few more 90’s tees that were also deadstock. I sold all of them and kept this one for myself which I never wore.
This particular brand of shirts were originally made to have a little voice box with batteries that you would attach to the inside, and detach it when you wanted to wash it. I didn’t find any of the voice boxes when I found the T-shirts unfortunately. It still has the attached metal pieces on the inside where the voice box would have been attached.
There are slight imperfections, which you can see in the photo. On Beavis’ forehead, there are little pink spots and on Butt-head’s neck and on his leg, there are also visible pink spots. Other than this, the ink on the shirt is impeccable! It was so well printed and it thick with no cracks.
The shirt is made of 100% preshrunk cotton, according to the tag.
I have never tried to remove these because I kind of liked the way they looked. There are also a few slight marks on the back (pictured) that I have not tried to remove.
